Booking an airport transfer with Big Sky Logistics takes less than five minutes. Send us your flight number, arrival date, number of passengers and your drop-off address via the enquiry form, email or WhatsApp. We’ll confirm your booking with your driver’s name and contact number so you know exactly who to look for.

On the day, your driver monitors your flight in real time and adjusts their arrival accordingly. In the arrivals hall you’ll be met by name, helped with your luggage and walked directly to your vehicle. From there it’s a straight, comfortable drive to your destination — no detours, no shared stops.

Vehicles

We operate a fleet of modern, well-maintained vehicles suited to different group sizes and travel styles. Saloon cars for solo travellers and couples, minivans for families and groups of up to eight, and larger vehicles for corporate delegations or guests with significant luggage. All vehicles are air-conditioned, clean and fitted with tracking devices.

What if my flight is delayed?
We track all incoming flights in real time. If your flight is delayed your driver adjusts accordingly — there’s no extra charge for monitored delays.

Can I book a return transfer at the same time?
Yes, and most guests do. Book both legs together and we’ll hold your return driver allocation from the day of booking.

Do you offer child seats?
Yes, child seats and booster seats are available on request. Please mention this when you make your enquiry.

Can I pay on the day?
We accept payment by EFT, cash or card. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking.

How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend at least 24 hours for standard transfers, though we accommodate last-minute bookings subject to availability. WhatsApp is the fastest way to check.
