You don’t need to be booking a full chauffeur transfer to use this service. Sometimes all you need is someone to say “you’re in the right place, this way” — and that’s exactly what we’re here for.

Please note: our greeters meet you in the public arrivals area and cannot pass through immigration, customs, or airside areas such as the baggage carousel — assistance begins once you’ve come through into the arrivals hall.

No — airport security rules mean we can only meet you in the public arrivals hall, after you’ve cleared customs and collected your luggage. From there, we’re with you the rest of the way.

Yes. We’ll walk you to the Transport Plaza where all the major rental companies are based, and help you find the right counter.
I have a connecting flight — can you help?
Yes. We’ll walk you straight to your next check-in desk, whether that’s an international or domestic connection.
